Shipping

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. If you need shipping outside of the USA please contact me directly. Please let me know of any mistakes in your order or any  shipping mistakes. We want to make it right for both of us!

Returns

Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

We allow returns on unopened/sealed items, unfortunately due to the nature of the product there is no return policy on patterns/books, and kits.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.

Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email Marketing you can unsubscribe at any point.

Class Cancellation Policy

• Thank you for signing up for a class at Annie’s Quilting Corner. Please make note of our cancellation policy.

• In the case that you are unable to attend the class, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to class date for a FULL refund. *
• If you cancel 4 days prior to class, there is a 50% forfeiture fee deducted from your class fee. You may choose to transfer to another class if available. *
• If you cancel 3 days or less prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited. Transfer to another class is not available with a 3 day or less cancellation. *
